Second Floor is beginning to really show some nice improvements. Unit 206 & 207 had BIG makeovers. Even the Trash Room is starting to get some attention with new porcelain tile coming & Occupany Sensors - no one will have to touch the lights! Same goes for the Laundry Room on 2nd with the advanced lighting system. This floor is leading the way with upgrades.
ReplyDeleteMore residents are beginning to use the Bay & Patio Room for WiFi - there are wonderful connections down here on 1st floor. Glad I brought my PC with me this time down, saves me some fees.
ReplyDeleteJust love the beautiful Encore Autumn Embers Azaleas that are blooming in the circle around the fountain. Great choice and it blooms in the spring & fall. Thank you to whoever made that Bayshore decision. This condominium has beautiful landscaping, all year around--just always something in bloom.
ReplyDeleteJust saw the Bayshore Breeze Newsletter, Oct. issue and it has a lot of good information in it. Saw where we can read the Newsletters at www.bayshorecondominiums.com - that a good way to read it when we are away from the ondo, yet want to know what is going on there.
ReplyDeleteThere are so many beautiful door wreaths here - like the one on #604. 3rd floor has the best decorations of all, although 2nd floor is very nice too.
ReplyDeleteGreat Post!BuyaMortgageNow mortgages by Leader One Financial Corporation offer great rates on second mortgages, home loans, refinancing, debt consolidation, first time home buyers, home equity lines and more for Overland Park.
ReplyDeleteWe will be looking forward to your new posts. Thanks.
ReplyDelete2nd floor has some lovely improvements - the recently tiled Trash Room looks nice. Thank You for carying to update the place.
ReplyDeleteThose beautiful new surface-mounted light fixtures in the Trash Room & Laundry Room on the Second Floor are very nice. Thanks to Stevens, the maintenance man for installing them - way to go Stevens!
ReplyDeleteThanks to Claire Fox on the 2nd floor for the decorated Hanukah Bush & Christmas Tree by the elevator. They've got of colorful ornaments & LOTS OF STUFFED ANIMALS under the Ficus trees -sure makes it pretty & cheerful! Second floor residents are very pro-active in upgrades.
ReplyDeleteHey - it's another party here! Manager Jenny Johnson is sponsoring a Holiday Luncheon for Residents & Staff on Dec. 18th from 11 AM - 1 PM in the Patio Room - SEE YOU THERE!
ReplyDeleteWOW - Occupancy Sensors on the Second Floor in the Trash & Laundry Bayshore Rooms. These are convenient high tech gizmos such that when you enter & exit these rooms, the lights go on and off. Sure makes life easier and saves money too!
ReplyDeleteNow I "hear" that the other floors want them too.
The trees are being decorated and a big Christmas Party is being planned for Dec. 12th at 6 PM for the entire Bayshore residents family. Hope to see you there in the Patio & Bay Rooms.
ReplyDeleteThe Lundi Gras party was just great - residents brought red beans & rice, chicken & sausage gumbo, jambalaya, maquechoux, pirolines, vegetarian dishes, etc. There was Mardi Gras music, beads & lots of fun - just another pleasant get together here.
ReplyDeleteThe Wireless Internet System has been activated at Bayshore - great to get a signal from the Patio and Bay Rooms - anywhere downstairs, plus a few floors above gets a strong signal. Just go to the System Tray and look for the Internet Access - BAYSHORE is the first one and off you go! This is such a great amenity to have.
ReplyDeleteJust love the Occupancy Sensors on the 2nd floor - going in and out of the laundry & trash rooms without touching the switches. Saves lots of money having this feature.
ReplyDeleteThe decorated Ficus trees on the second floor are so seasonal - best floor to live on. One is for St. Patrick's with the greens and the other is with pastel Easter colors. Many stuffed animals are under the trees and when young children visit, they come to the second floor and pick out a stuffed animal. There are SO MANY BUNNIES to choose from - it's a tough choice, this is a family friendly place.
ReplyDeleteSeveral people have really renovated their units. Recently, 3 people have just completed in walk-in, sit down tiled showers & totally modern bathrooms. Doorknobs are being changed to levers & ductwork being cleaned in some units- this all helps improve Bayshore.
ReplyDeleteThere are new lights on some of the balconies - I especially like the colorful solar lights. There are some on the North & South side balconies - espcially nice to see from the pool& pier areas. It seems that more people are putting LED lights on the railings - makes it nice at night to see these sparkles.
ReplyDeleteBIG ST PATRICK'S PARTY planned at Bayshore on March 17th. It is hosted by the McGraths & I am sure that the Welcome Committee will do their share to help out. Start looking for something green in your closet & plan to bring a covered dish. It is a wonderful party and the place to be that night!
ReplyDeleteThe Official McGrath count for the Irish party was 69 happy "green" residents who were Irish for the night. There was lots of corned beef, cabbage, Irish soda bread, fruits, & desserts galore. The Irish music was great too. Bayshore seems to be having a party a month - heard that April will have a Jazz Nite!
ReplyDeleteSo glad that Rita Finneran is back home. She's a real trooper after a lengthy recovery period - we are all happy to have Ms. Rita back home.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful sunny day at Bayshore - so many residents decided to take walks & bike rides. Weather map shows a clear week ahead. Gulf was clear with many sailboats out there.
ReplyDeleteWelcome to the blogosphere!

Just saw a beautiful unit there with large porcelain floors, extra wide doorways, a state of the art kitchen & walk-in bathroom with a sauna. It had a spectacular view of Pensacola Bay with a wonderful pier to catch the sunrises and sunsets - this place is special. Bayshore, with its new windows and doors, makes this a special place to live. Great place for snowbirds.
ReplyDeleteAlready people are in the pool and enjoying sunning themselves - Bayshore has so many pluses and is having a complete makeover. The new windows, doors and reinforced walls has made it one of the strongest bldgs. in P'cola. The new roof is to be started soon and many thanks to the Construction Committee who worked very hard to get it done -it is much appreciated.
ReplyDeleteVisted Bayshore Condominium and found it is next to a beautiful golf course,Pensacola Bay and the new Corrine Jones Community Center - has a lot of appeal and good market value.
ReplyDeleteJust came from Michigan with my buddy for Spring Break, great fishing & crab pier - so far, I've only caught a few things in the cast net and 2 catfish on the line. Bayshore is a nice place to live!
